Festival Summary

Now in its second year, this exciting science, arts and learning festival based at the University of Glasgow offers kids and adults an innovative and entertaining to engage with all things scientific. The programme includes a huge range of lively and interactive activities mixed with a massive free summer schools programme, all of which are free.

This unique festival starts with a public lectures series in April which continues on right through to June; and don't forget 2 great family fun activity days in the Hunterian Museum on Saturday 7th June and Sunday 15th June.

The programme is packed with exciting opportunities to make, create, see, discover and explore.


Where in Glasgow?

The festival programme is based at he University of Glasgow and the Hunterian Museum.


How to get there?

The University of Glasgow is situated in the Hillhead district, 3km west of the city centre.

Underground:
Underground station, Hillhead.

Bus:
First Buses, Nos. 44, 44A, from the city centre to University Avenue.

Car:
The University is signposted locally. Parking on campus is by permit only on weekdays. Free parking on campus at weekends. Pay and display on Kelvin Way, University Avenue and adjoining streets; disabled drivers within University grounds by arrangement.
